We truly believe in the magic of human connection! And that's why, we have built cloopio - to enable teams of all sizes and budgets to connect regularly. We have curated the best retreat locations in Germany and have designed team experiences that combine everything your team needs to connect in a hybrid world. Our packages always come with an overnight stay, meeting spaces, food options, transfer and activities. All you have to do is select your favorite experience and send us a request. We'll do the rest and you can focus on looking forward to an amazing time with your team.

Our Story
It all started with a team offsite in Seefeld, Austria (which you can see on the photos). We were two colleagues who enthusiastically signed up to organize the team get-together.
Starting with the planning, we soon realized that organizing an offsite is totally different than planning a business trip or a vacation with family and friends. Why so?
Let’s start with the location. It is less important where exactly you go but so much more important that it is easily reachable for your whole team. The venue? Should have high-speed wifi, places to work and hold workshops, some privacy but also spaces to come together as a team.
But that is not all it takes for a great offsite. You also search for fun activities to bring your team together, meeting rooms or transfer to the train station/airport. To sum up, it cost us a lot of time!
We could not find a tool to help us along the way. So, we are building one to support all offsite enthusiasts to put together an amazing experience for their teams in less time!
