The almost 20,000 square meter courtyard is a place that invites you to get involved, meet each other and tackle topics that otherwise have little room in everyday (professional) life. There is enough space, outside and inside, for you and your topics. A “community space” with a fireplace for deep red wine conversations, an in-house lake with a beach for relaxing and a bowling alley for team action. New rooms bring new perspectives. The guest house has 12 beds, 6 bathrooms, a seminar room, a communal kitchen, a living room and a team office covering a total of 280 m². More rooms are also possible by arrangement. The aim of the farm is not to work through the familiar, but to develop and rediscover oneself and the work in the team. The courtyard is a place where you can rethink things as a team and get into action, from the think tank to the construction project.
