Located near Kassel, this venue offers peace, relaxation and distance from everyday life. The newly renovated villa is surrounded by nothing but forest and sheltered by hills. Enjoy local food and joint yoga and meditation sessions and work in a focused atmosphere to grow together as a team. With 11 rooms, 3 single rooms and 8 double rooms, the villa is just the right size to use with the whole team, but in private and exclusive use. True to the motto - nothing is a must, everything is possible, the villa creates a magical atmosphere in which to be productive and find inner peace.

The nearby thermal spa has a huge sauna area and all kinds of other wellness offers, where you can relax in addition to the offers in the villa.

Payment via bank transfer within 14 days after booking confirmation. Cancellation by the customer up to 30 days in advance of the stay: 50% of offsite price. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance of the stay: 100% of offsite price (no refund). The cloopio service fee is not refundable.
