Built in 1908, it was renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail and high ecological standards such as furniture made by local artisans from natural materials. Surrounded by beautiful nature, this fantastic property can be rented exclusively for groups up to 40 people.

Meeting room on the upper floor
This beautiful, light-flooded seminar room with 50 square meters is perfect for workshops and presentations, also suited for yoga or Qi Gong. Four large windows, a glass-door and a small balcony offer not only a breathtaking view, but also flood the room with daylight. Meeting equipment and flexible seating are available.
The great hall
The large hall on the base floor offers space for up to 50 people. With flexible seating and the option of meeting equipment, it can be used for workshops as well as for communal meals or individual work. A large window front provides daylight, which can also be darkened by curtains during presentations. The direct access to the loggia, which can be used as an additional room in warm temperatures, is a special feature here.
Foyer
The large entrance hall of the building offers space for up to 50 people. With flexible seating, it can be used as workshop-, or seminar room, as breakout area or simply to play ping-pong.
