Surrounded by dense forests and rolling hills, it offers you the opportunity to experience nature up close, whether by hiking, cycling or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The villa has 19 rooms that are individually designed. Each room has a box-spring bed, stylish décor and a balcony with forest views. The spacious communal areas, such as the living room with fireplace, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and the dining areas, are perfect for spreading out and gathering in the evenings. You can also mix cocktails at the bar. If a professional environment is then required for working, the flexible workspace with space for up to 45 people and modern equipment is ideal. You can easily adapt the room to your individual needs and if you need a break, you can be in the neighbouring garden in just a few steps. The hot tube & sauna area, the sun deck and the cosy garden house invite you to relax further. Finally, you alone decide what's on your plate for dinner. You can either do the magic yourself or have it catered for by local caterers. On request, you can have a private chef at your side who will provide you with personalised meals.

Payment via bank transfer within 14 days after booking confirmation. Cancellation by the customer up to 30 days in advance of the stay: 50% of offsite price. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance of the stay: 100% of offsite price (no refund). The cloopio service fee is not refundable.
